What is Motivve Studios and their game suite?
Motivve Studios was designed to make interacting with your health more fun and accessible. We've created an entire suite of fun, and easy-to-use mobile games that can seamlessly help you track your Rhematoid Arthritis (RA) symptoms, and provide access to a custom Symptom Tracker Report and other helpful resources on behalf of Horizon/RAYOS! The game suite features classics from genres including puzzle, arcade, card and match 3's so you can find a game you love and keep you coming back with more games on the way!*

What are some of the features?
The Motivve Studios game suite is powered by an interoperable platform that provides a standard, easy-to-use menu to conveniently help you navigate key features and play the games within our suite. While you're enjoying the games, you'll get to interact with fun Trivia alongside RA symptom questions to help you easily track your symptoms, that are easily accessed in a personalized Symptom Tracker Report from any game, as well as helpful RAYOS resources and documents, and much more!
Is the Motivve Studios game suite free to play?
The Motivve Studios game suite is entirely free to play, and you will never see any advertisements!
Who is eligible to participate?
The Motivve Studios game suite is only available to patients who are actively taking RAYOS or who have been prescribed RAYOS.
How do I sign up and register an account with Motivve Studios?
You will be notified of your access to the program through a tri-fold invitation that will be provided when you pick up your prescription. Within the invitation or on this supporting website, you will be provided a QR Code and Activation Code associated to the program. To get started, scan the QR code with your phone's camera to bring you to the Motivve Health Studios app store on your device, or by searching Motivve Health Studios on your phone's app store.
Once on the Motivve Health Studios app store page, simply find and download the game of your choice to start registration. On your first visit to a Motivve Studios game, you'll need to register and create an account. To get started, you'll need to select Register With Email where you will first be required to enter the Activation Code (rayos) that identifies you as a RAYOS patient. Next, simply follow the registration instructions to create your User ID (email and password).
Once registered, you'll be brought to the home screen of the game you registered in and you are ready to get playing!
What is the activation code for the Horizon program?
The activation code for this program is: horizon (not case sensitive)
Do I have to register with a specific game?
Not at all! Find and download any game you want, then you will follow the exact same registration process as detailed above, just in that game!
Can I use the same Motivve Studios account across the whole game suite?
Yes! You can use the same User ID (email and password), or login credentials if you opted for faster sign in with Touch ID or Facial Recognition to log into any Motivve Studios game, on any device.
Your activity syncs across any Motivve Studios game you are logged into. This means that if you answered symptom tracker questions while playing one game, you can instantly use another game, answer a different symptom tracker question, and you wont lose your progress.
Do I have to put in my email and password everytime I log in?
No. When you signed up and created your account, if you opted for faster sign in with Touch ID or Facial Recognition, you will either be brought right into the game or prompted to complete the login mechanism that you enabled.

Does Motivve Studios share my information with anyone?

Yes. Data security is among Motivve Studios highest priorities, and as such we manage information security by applying a framework that is based on ISO 27001/27002, NIST CSF, CIS Top-20 & CERT. Motivve Studios has been assessed against the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) & HiTECH, as well as having been certified by HiTRUST & NIST to ensure the highest level of security commercially availability.
